Event Overview:
This mini retreat is designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being through activities such as gentle yoga, stretching, guided meditation, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, and optional chair massage. Light refreshments will be provided.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

This retreat is intended for women participants.
Minors under the age of 18 may participate only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Health and Participation

Activities are designed to be gentle and appropriate for beginners. Modifications will be provided as needed (e.g., use of a chair if the participant cannot get on the ground).

Each participant is responsible for determining whether they are physically and mentally fit to take part in retreat activities.

Participation in any physical movement, stretching, or yoga session is at the participant’s own risk.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, you are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before attending.

3. Allergies and Sensitivities

Light refreshments and essential oils may be used as part of the retreat.

Participants with food allergies, gluten sensitivities, or sensitivities to essential oils must notify Inspire Family Medicine by email at [email protected] within 24 hours of registration so that appropriate accommodations can be made.

Inspire Family Medicine cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in retreat activities—including but not limited to stretching, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, chair massage, and Sound Bath Therapy.

You understand that all activities are optional and that you may modify or decline participation at any time.

You hereby release and hold harmless Inspire Family Medicine, its owner(s), employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this event, except where prohibited by law.

4a. Sound Bath Therapy – Special Considerations

Sound Bath Therapy involves the use of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other acoustic instruments that produce resonant vibrational frequencies. While gentle and generally safe, certain individuals may be more sensitive to vibrational sound.

Participants who have any of the following should consult their physician prior to participation:

 -Pacemaker or other implanted electronic device

 -Cochlear implant or other implanted auditory device

 -Tinnitus or sound sensitivity disorders

 -Pregnancy

 -Any other medical condition that may be affected by sound vibration

Participants should also inform the instructor prior to the start of the session if they have any of the above conditions or any other relevant medical concerns so that appropriate accommodations or modifications can be provided.

Participation in Sound Bath Therapy is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Payment and Registration

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

Registration is not complete until payment has been processed and confirmation has been received.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the retreat and your spot can be filled by another participant, you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued. You may, however, transfer your spot to another person. It is your responsibility to find a replacement participant.

No-shows: No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.

7. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees. Inspire Family Medicine reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the event if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

8. Photography and Media

By attending the retreat, you consent to Inspire Family Medicine taking photos or brief videos for promotional use (social media, website, or marketing materials).
If you do not consent to being photographed, please inform the staff in writing prior to the event.

9. Agreement

By checking the box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions above, including the liability waiver, refund policy, and participation guidelines.
